Session Description

Managing Changes in Residency Reclassification

Understanding and enforcing New Jersey laws and policies governing in-state tuition is a critical responsibility of University officials. This process involves careful application of statutes and consideration of supporting documentation from students when finalizing a decision. In this session the presenters will share their intake and review process for New Jersey residency reclassification, federal and state regulations, and discuss a sampling of cases both on the undergraduate and graduate levels.
