Session Description

Stress & Time Management

This presentation will discuss time management strategies that will help attendees 'multiply' their time and manage their time more efficiently. Stress management will also be discussed so that attendees can self-reflect on how they experience stress and how stress may impact their motivation, efficiency, and sleep. Finally, several time management apps will also be discussed to offer some modern tools to assist with time management.

I have a masters degree in Student Affairs/Counseling in Higher Education, and I have presented workshops at Montclair State University, NJIT, and now Rutgers as a student affairs professional. My workshops are authentic, entertaining and my surveys have always shown that attendees enjoy them and learn from them. If you require to see my presentation at an earlier date/time, then please let me know your deadline. I have presented on this topic many times to undergraduate and graduate students, and I am now updating the presentation to best serve admissions and registrar professionals at your conference.
